By accessing and using Director Intel ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Permission is granted to temporarily access the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
Under this license you may not:
Director Intel provides business intelligence and risk assessment data sourced from public records. All data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Users are responsible for verifying information before making business decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Director Intel cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
The materials on Director Intel are provided on an 'as is' basis. Director Intel makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Director Intel or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
